Cookie Policy - Solidrix Technologies

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are downloaded and stored on your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you visit a website. At Solidrix Technologies, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as local storage and session storage) to recognize your device, remember your preferences and secure our multi-tenant SaaS application.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies

Always Active

These cookies are essential for the operation of our platform. They enable secure login authentication (such as Laravel session cookies and CSRF tokens), tenant isolation enforcement and load balancing across servers. Without these cookies, our SaaS platform cannot function safely.

Functional & Preference Cookies

Optional

These cookies allow our web application to remember choices you make during navigation, such as your preferred language, active theme (light or dark mode), collapsible sidebar states and recent employee filter selections.

Performance & Analytics Cookies

Optional

We use aggregated, anonymized performance cookies to understand how users interact with our marketing pages and SaaS dashboards. This helps us optimize page load times, identify interface bottlenecks and improve system performance.

3. How to Manage or Disable Cookies

You have full control over cookie settings through your web browser preferences. Most modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) allow you to view stored cookies, delete individual cookies, or block cookies from specific websites entirely.

Note: Please be aware that disabling strictly necessary session and CSRF cookies will prevent you from logging into your Solidrix OS tenant dashboard and processing employee transactions.
