Solidrix OS operates under a strict multi-tenant architecture where every client organization’s data is logically segregated using database schema-level and row-level security boundaries. We implement industry-standard encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).

Regular vulnerability audits, automated penetration checks and strict role-based access controls (RBAC) ensure that employee data remains private and confidential.

6. Meta (WhatsApp) Integrations

Our platform integrates with the WhatsApp Cloud API and Meta services to facilitate business messaging. When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to our platform via Facebook Login:

• Data Collection: We collect and store your Meta App ID, System User Tokens, WABA ID and associated phone numbers. We also process inbound and outbound messages sent through our service on your behalf.
• Data Usage: The data collected through Meta integrations is strictly used to provide the messaging services you have subscribed to. We do not sell your WhatsApp contacts, message contents, or Meta credentials to any third parties. Message content is processed securely and retained only as long as necessary.
• Data Deletion & Revoking Access: You can disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account at any time from your platform dashboard. To request complete deletion of your Meta-related data, you can contact us at [email protected]. You can also revoke our app's access directly from your Facebook Business Settings.
