1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client", "you") and Solidrix Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our SaaS Human Resource Management System (HRMS), custom software services and our web portals including solidrix.com.
By registering an account, subscribing to our services, or accessing our platform, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.
2. SaaS Subscription & License Grant
Subject to payment of applicable subscription fees and adherence to these Terms, Solidrix Technologies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited license to access and use the HRMS SaaS application solely for your internal business operations.
- Tenant Workspace: You are granted a secure, isolated workspace customized with your organizational hierarchy and roles.
- Authorized Users: Only authorized employees and administrators registered under your subscription tier may access the platform.
- Restrictions: You shall not sublicense, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our software.
3. Acceptable Use & Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all user login credentials within your organization and for all activities that occur under your tenant account.
Accuracy of Data
You guarantee that employee records, tax identification numbers and attendance logs entered into the system are accurate and lawful.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to transmit malicious code, perform unauthorized load testing, or interfere with other tenants sharing the cloud infrastructure.
4. Fees, Billing & Cancellation
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected tier (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise). All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or specific service level agreements (SLAs).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, during which you retain full access to your data export utilities.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The platform, including its code, UI/UX components, database schemas, algorithms and branding, is owned by Solidrix Technologies and protected by applicable copyright, trade secret and trademark laws.
Your Data: You retain complete ownership and all rights to the employee data, documents and business records you upload or process through our platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Solidrix Technologies be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption arising from your use of the platform.
